Live Your Dreams Carousel Note

Good Morning,

Here is another set that will be no longer availbale after today. This is the Live Your Dreams stamp set and the carousel notes. The carousel notes come with chocolate chip envelopes. I will hate to see these go. I used a techniques called emboss resist on these.

Christmas in July

Hello all,

Well gosh its been a while. Seems like I have been super busy lately with the fathers day class, stampers 6 club, and a few workshops. And I forgot working of course.

I haven't lost my mind yet by posting a Christmas card. I was planning on doing a Christmas in July class, but didn't know if anyone would be interested and then I thought there would be some new fabulous Christmas stamp sets come out in the new catalog. Its almost time. It will be here in August. Anyone who wants a copy shoot me an email and I can go ahead and preorder it. The girls that have joined the Stampers 6 club for July-Dec will receive a free copy---so yours is already reserved.

Anyways back to the card. I cased this card from another SU Demonstrator and I can't remember her name---so if you happen to view my blog please email me and I will give you credit. It is a super fast card to do and cute at the same time.

Well I promise it won't be as long to post again----I am going to try to make it a point to post every morning when I get up!!! Also I got a new signature and watermark from Melissa Kulesa. She does great work. She also designs banners too.

No stamping today

Hello all,

Sorry I didn't get a chance to stamp today. Mason and I played outside most of the day since it wasn't as hot as the past few days. So today's post is way off subject--here are some pictures of him playing in the pool and with the water hose---he liked that more and I almost forgot the pic of him in his little swimmers!! Hope you enjoy.

I plan on working on some monogram cards late tonight or in the morning so they should be posted tomorrow.

Another Faux Tile Card

Good Morning,

I posted a card exactly like this one a few months ago---the only difference is I added some ribbon and I used the In Color River Rock instead of Old Olive. I love how this cards looks---the picture does it no justice.

To recreate this card score one line diagonally from one end to the other and score every inch after on each side--hope that makes sense. Then using a sponge and the same color ink as the cardstock sponge paint all over the card, but press down extra hard in the score lines to make them appear. Stamp your image and the embellish!!! If you all have any questions feel free to email me or I can make them for you---5 cards for $8.00.

Cuttlebug Embossed Card

Well its been a while since I have posted and I apologize. This is one of the cards that we did at last months Stampers 6 Club meeting that is available for purchase with the set in the Attic. For this card we used the Cuttlebug machine and the Divine Swirls embossing folder. I just love that little cuttlebug!!! Fathers Day Class or Kit by Mail Reminder

Just a reminder if you are planning on attending the Fathers Day class please email me by this Sat. This class includes 2 scrapbook pages, a photo album, and a card. This class is available by pre-registration only at the cost of $10. Pre Registration will end on June 7--this will allow me to get all supplies needed. If you are unable to attend the class this kit is also available by mail for an additional $4.75. The kit by mail will come pre stamped--all you will have to do is assemble.
